This site is a puddle of the gene pool. It showcases my ancestoral past in photographs. These people came to Canada from Scotland, Ireland and England to settle in large and small settlements - now larger and smaller and, occasionally, gone altogether. I was born in Newcastle, N.B. - you won't find it on a modern map, but it is there in stories and memory. This blog is one of those places. It is populated by stories waiting to be told.
